KurdTalk Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains the information KurdTalk processes to operate, secure and moderate the service.

Information processed
The information processed depends on the features used and whether the user enters as a guest or registered account.
- Username, password hash, guest or registered status and account role
- Age, gender and optional profile information such as biography, country, email, phone, avatar, cover and profile audio
- Public messages, private messages, uploaded media, reactions, reports and moderation records
- IP address, device identifiers, security fingerprints, session information and activity timestamps
- Wallet balances, XP, Tokens, Shop purchases, gifts, inventory and transaction records
Purposes of processing
Information is used to authenticate users, provide chat and profile functions, operate the Shop and wallet, prevent abuse, enforce community rules, investigate reports and maintain service security.
Technical signals may be used to identify repeated account creation, ban evasion, fraudulent reward claims, automated activity or other conduct that threatens users or the service.
Service providers and legal disclosures
KurdTalk may rely on hosting, infrastructure, security, payment or other technical providers where needed to operate the service.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or defend legal rights.
Advertising and consent
Rewarded advertising is not active at the date of this policy.
Before non-essential advertising technologies are activated, KurdTalk will provide the consent controls and provider information required for affected users and regions.
Retention
Information is retained for periods reasonably necessary to operate and secure KurdTalk, investigate reports, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations.
Current cleanup processes may remove chat content after a limited operational period. Security, moderation, transaction and backup records may be retained longer where necessary.
User rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability.
Submit a request through the in-app Report function and clearly identify it as a Privacy Request. Account ownership may need to be verified.
Minimum age
KurdTalk is intended only for users who are at least 13 years old and who meet any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.
Suspected child-safety violations should be reported immediately.
Security and international infrastructure
KurdTalk applies technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Service infrastructure may process information outside the user location, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
