KurdTalk Token Policy
KurdTalk Tokens are account-bound virtual units for eligible features and items inside KurdTalk. They are not money.

No monetary value
Tokens have no cash value and are not a bank balance, deposit, security, cryptocurrency, gift card or stored-value payment instrument.
- Tokens cannot be withdrawn
- Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash, USD, XP, cryptocurrency or gift cards
- Tokens cannot be sold or traded
Same-account use only
Tokens may be used only by the same KurdTalk account that earned or received them from KurdTalk.
- Tokens cannot be transferred to another user
- Tokens cannot be gifted to another user
- Tokens cannot purchase or send an item or benefit for another user
- Avatar gifts to another user must be paid with USD
Eligible uses
Tokens may be used for eligible items or features displayed in the KurdTalk Shop for the account owner.
Availability, price, level requirements, duration and activation conditions are displayed with the relevant item.
Token-funded items remain account-bound
An item obtained with Tokens may not be transferred, gifted or converted into USD, XP, cash or another transferable benefit.
A Token-funded item cannot be resold through a path that returns USD or another monetary balance.
Rewarded advertising
Rewarded advertising is not active at the date of this policy.
When activated, participation will be optional. The offered Token amount and required action will be shown before the rewarded-ad experience begins.
Tokens will be granted only after KurdTalk receives the official completed-reward event from the approved advertising provider.
- No reward is granted merely for loading, opening, clicking or closing an ad
- No reward is granted when the required completion condition is not satisfied
- Daily limits, eligibility rules and advertising availability may apply
- Automated, duplicate, manipulated or fraudulent reward claims are prohibited
Separation from USD and XP
Tokens are separate from KurdTalk USD and XP.
Tokens cannot enter a conversion path that produces USD, XP, cash or a transferable benefit.
Fraud, errors and adjustments
KurdTalk may withhold, reverse or remove Tokens obtained through technical error, duplicate claims, automated activity, manipulation, policy violations or fraud.
Account, device, network and daily limits may be applied to protect the reward system.
Changes and availability
Token prices, eligible items, reward amounts and limits may change. Token features may be suspended or discontinued.
A change does not convert Tokens into money and does not create a right to payment.
