KurdTalk Terms of Service

Users must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.

A person who is legally prohibited from using the service must not create or use an account.

Users must protect their credentials and are responsible for activity performed through their account.

Passwords must not be shared. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Users must comply with applicable law and the Community Guidelines.

KurdTalk may remove content, restrict features, warn, mute, kick, ban, suspend or reset accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, security or legal compliance.

Users remain responsible for submitted content and must have the rights required to share it.

Users permit KurdTalk to host, process, display and transmit submitted content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service.

Digital items and balances are governed by the displayed price, duration, eligibility and activation conditions.

Some items expire, remain account-bound or may be removed when obtained through error, abuse, fraud or an invalid transaction.

Tokens are additionally governed by the KurdTalk Token Policy.

Paid transactions may be subject to payment-provider terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated, activating or consuming a digital item may affect refund eligibility.

KurdTalk may test, change, suspend or discontinue features. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures or technical changes may temporarily interrupt access.

Users may stop using KurdTalk at any time and may submit an account-deletion request through the in-app Report function.

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The date displayed on this page identifies the current version.
